My friend just bought a house and moved in. It was filthy dirty. Who doesn't clean their way out of a house?

Although after the last move - I'm going to pay someone to clean my way out should I move again. I'll do the basics and pay someone to come in and wipe out/off cabinets, do the baseboards, fans, windows, etc...

MUN1, I suppose there could be a post count minimum. Although some people's post count is higher from other boards or whatever sometimes, so that might not be the best way.

Like Petal and I started posting around the same time. But she and I weren't REALLY regs until there were some new almost regs to take OUR places as almost regs. </div>

I think some regs could get mean ones. We kind of have two groups. There are a bunch of regs that usually post in the mornings that I never see.
