  • What's one 'must take shot' at your wedding?  I don't know! Our photog is great and artsy so I'm interested to see what he'll come up with....I am envisioning the ones he'll take of me and FI while we exchange our vows, though. I feel like there's always so much emotion in ceremony photos.

Did you/are you doing engagement photos?  We did ours back in Sept.

My man is really good at loving me.  :-)  He knows me better than I know myself, it seems like. There's something very peaceful about being in it for the long haul with someone who just gets you and compliments you in life - we are like yin and yang so it works so well. We just balance each other.

  • Must take Shot?  The bride and groom of course. No seriously my mom, brother, and I.

Engagement photos? I wanted to but cut it out of the budget. My FMIL is going to do a photo shoot with us this weekend while we are visiting NC. If those don't turn out ok they offered to pay for an engagment session.

My man is really good at: shooting. He's in law enforcement and does shooting competitions. I never feel unprotected around him that's for sure. btw...never break into our house :)

  • What's one 'must take shot' at your wedding? We had to take one with our little attendants. I took one with the fgs and he did one with the rb.
Did you/are you doing engagement photos? We did since they were included in the package.
My man is really good at grilling food! He's a mean grilling machine!

  • What's one 'must take shot' at your wedding?
My dad seeing me for the first time in my dress. He will cry, no doubt, like a baby.
Did you/are you doing engagement photos?
We did. A friend took them for free and I really like how they turned out.
My man is really good at staying calm when I am not.

  • What's one 'must take shot' at your wedding?
The groomsman with one FBIL upside down, if he's up for it.  He's a gymnast and was walking on his hands or climbing sides of brick buildings half the time when he was younger.  Also, my dad's family out to my first cousins together.  I don't know that we've ever had a picture where at least one person wasn't missing.

Did you/are you doing engagement photos?
Yes.  I was considering cutting them due to cost, but our photographer was running a special so we got them.  I'm really glad we did.

My man is really good at food prep.  Probably woudln't be his favorite answer, but I appreciate it.  I like to cook but he can cut tomatoes super thin and straight and I can't do that.

What's one 'must take shot' at your wedding? I requested one of DH dipping me - and I love it!

Did you/are you doing engagement photos? Yup.

My man is really good at ______. Everything. Ok, he's crap at technology, but basically everything else comes pretty easy to him (massive self-confidence doesn't hurt), especially any sport. Final answer: sports.
  • What's one 'must take shot' at your wedding?
FI seeing me for the first time.  I'm pretty sure he's goign to cry, definitely want that captured for posterity!  I wonder if I will cry too... :)

Did you/are you doing engagement photos?
Yes!  We have a full engagement shoot in our package for the spring, but we did a mini-shoot in the winter and the pics came out AWESOME!  I'm really psyched to have nice photos of us in our normal clothes, will deifnitely frame and put around the house.  They also made adorable save the dates.

My man is really good at ______.
cooking!  He's an awesome cook, I love it!  He's also really awesome at taking care of me.  I can be a stressful spaz sometimes and he just makes me feel so much better.  <sigh>  Remembering how nice it is to have him and how much I love him.  :)
  • I don't want you sad. If it makes you feel better, my dad's mom (my bio grandma) is not someone I consider family. And she abandoned us all.....so I asked the photog NOT to let her be in the family photo. What does my aunt do? "C'mon mom, you're family, get in the photo." I have no photo WITHOUT this woman.

  • What's one 'must take shot' at your wedding? My wonderful grandmother passed away in 2003.  In the only wedding picture we have of her, she is standing between her husband and his best man, with her arms around their waists, laughing.  I would love to have an identical picture taken.

Did you/are you doing engagement photos? We didn't do professional e-pics.  My friend took us outside one day and took a bunch of pictures so we could use one in our STD's.  They were cute, but they weren't professional.

My man is really good at ______. Playing cards.  Seriously.  What's really funny is that he has the best poker face I've ever seen, but he's an absolutely terrible liar.

I don't know where I would take a picture like this, but I really really love that style.  It's so dramatic!
    & cheating I know...

I love WP pics where everyone's not standing in a giant line up.

Did you/are you doing engagement photos? That's the plan!  I'm generally photogenic, but every now and then there'll be a photographer who makes me look like crap (hello grad pictures) so I want to do a test run before the wedding.

My man is really good at EVERYTHING.  He's calm when I freak out.  He cooks, he cleans, and he's super handy.  He's ridiculously smart.  And he cuddles like nobody's business.  He's pretty amazing. <3

  • Sorry for being lame, but I edited my original answer to the first question...got paranoid about "the wrong people" seeing it. Stina, that sucks too. FI made sure to get another picture with a couple friends and his uncle (who we like) so that we can erase the table picture featuring the evil cousins (who threw a fit about their sons) who were sitting at the same table as them.
  • What's one 'must take shot' at your wedding? I looove detail shots.  I want close-ups of everything.

Did you/are you doing engagement photos?  Yup!  We did ours at Disneyland.  I'm pretty happy with them, we used one for the STD and another for the envelope liner.

My man is really good at cookingWe're both foodies, and he's an amazing cook.  I just told him that he was responsible for making our dinner reservations for the honeymoon, and that money wasn't an issue.  I'm so excited to eat at the best restaurants in Vegas!

This is a belated married bio, with no reviews yet because I'm lazy.

Sometimes I feel like people think that brides are delicate little flower princesses who get all dressed up and pretty for one special moment of their dreams, when really they're just normal people who just happen to be getting married. Things shouldn't have to be sugar-coated for grown-ass women. -mstar284
  • What's one 'must take shot' at your wedding? We didn't have any... we just left it to the  photographer and trusted her to get good shots.

Did you/are you doing engagement photos? Not the way it's meant here.  I didn't even know people did this until the knot.  But I had "real" engagement photos - H planned it so that friends were around when he asked me and made sure my friend Ruth had my camera.  So she took photos of the whole thing, and we didn't feel like we needed staged photos after that.

My man is really good at cooking and brewing beer.
  • What's one 'must take shot' at your wedding? FI and I with our chem/bio friends from college.

Did you/are you doing engagement photos? Not planning on it unless we go with a photographer who includes them in a package.

My man is really good at making me laugh.
