Her shoe broke and she wiped out and scraped up her knee (I think) and her hand. So it was tough for her to do her push ups.

  • I'm back!!!!!  My hand is still a little bruised looking, but the pain is gone!  I still have massive bruises on my knees, but luckily I do the real pushups!  I will confess though that I didn't do a W1D2 workout, so I moved myself from the third column to the second so I could stay on track without pushing myself too hard.

So for me today was W1D3 in column 2, where I will stay from now on.

    Program Goal: 42 pushups
    Actual: 46 pushups

Yay!  It felt so good to get back into this again!  I missed you ladies.  :)

  • Thanks Chelsea, you too!!

Shannon- Glad the pain is gone in your hand!

Glad to hear you are back at it! Thats awesome that it worked out to just move down a column. Now we are on the same day and same column! :)

  • Today was W2D1 for me. I'm scooting through the program because what holds me back isn't so much large muscle fatigue as small muscles and just never having done this before, so I'm not really sore the next day. I followed the program based on how many I could do at first from my knees (5) so that put me in the slowest track column. (-:

Today I did 21 consecutive, since yesterday I did 20 and I wanted to get in at least one more than the time before, lol! 39 total today. Tomorrow the program goal is 26, personal goal is 41. I think what I'm going to do is finish out W2 on my knees, then for the exhaustion test I'll do it full on. Depending on how it goes I might start over, might continue from that point, or might even continue but stay on my knees for awhile. (-: I'm impressed that I can already do so many more so easily - this program makes me feel good about myself. <3
