Place in portland

I'm getting married in November and its going to be pretty small. Does anyone know of a place that I can do this at? for really cheap? Like less than $500.

    I was going to suggest a park but the November part would make me nervous.

    Do you or a friend belong to any groups?  Look at Womens League clubs or a Union Hall, I know there is a place out in Hillsboro, I can't remember the name of it.  If you aren't having alcohol than a lot of churches have an "all purpose" room or Parish Hall
