You'll know it's b/c I've finally exploded on the ILs and can giggle to yourself about the silly Varuna.
We've agreed to have dinner with them tomorrow night. There's been another knock-down-drag-out confronation with DH's dad since I last updated and DH's dad is now in town.
I told him the only way I'd go is that if they start in even a teensy tiny little bit with, "You really should go see Gpa again," we're leaving right then. I'm trying to be supportive and not cause more trouble with his family from me (andplusalso while I might be uber-pissed, MIL's father IS dying...I'm not going to be a source of even more emotional stress for her), but I'm not going to be a party to watching my husband have to fend off his parents. I feel bad, b/c I'm not in the habit of laying down ultimatums. He's agreed.
In other news, we're off today and Friday. We've just been goofing around the house, playing with the dogs, cleaning, and not being at work. Which is nice. I'm thinking of taking a nap after I catch up on the board or maybe even watching a movie.
