Ceremony & Cocktail hour music

Hey everyone!

I was looking to help get some reccomendations. I am looking for about 2-3 instruments to plan during my ceremony & cocktail hour. I'm kind of up in the air in what i'm looking for right now. I guess i'm having a hard time in what will sound the best.

Does anyone have any musicians they can reccomend? Also, what instruments would you think would sound best together. I was at first thinking a violinist would be great, but wasn't sure what other instruments would go great with that.

Thanks in advance for the advice :)

    We're doing

Simple Gifts (hopefully as an instrumental by my MOH on the violin during the ceremony)

Ave Maria (I think) for the mom's walking down the aisle

Cannon in D for the bridesmaids to walk down the aisle

Here comes the Bride for me obviously

I'm still wanting something more modern though, I was thinking about finding an instrumental Coldplay song and see if my site has that in their music library but I don't know.

There are otherwebsites outside of the knot which list good classical songs to use for weddings and what they might suggest them for.  GL!

We used Exclusive Music NH for our cocktail hour. Craig was fantastic to work with and he does ceremonies too. He played the keyboard and had someone else playing bass. I thought they went well together. They play a lot of instrumental cover versions of songs. They were very professional and everyone loved the music at the cocktail hour!
