    I sent this to Amer separately in a post before reading LRM's reply.   To anyone thinking of purchasing a house after getting married, I strongly encourage you to change your name first.  Otherwise you're going to get stuck w your maiden name on everything home-related, which is annoying.  Secondly, when you go to sell that house, you'll have to sign BOTH names and it's a lot of stuff to sign... so quite annoying to have to sign in duplicate.

    Also I'm in for a JIY bach party!   

    Cara - ponytails and buns are your friend for the next 4 weeks.  :)
