Gluten Free wedding cake?

Are they out there, and do they taste worth a flip? And where can I have one made?

    You could try Truly Free Bakery on Perkins Road (southdowns shopping center). Never been there though. I just eat the icing on cakes.

    While it might not be the best option, you can usually find gluten free cake mix at places such as Whole Foods.  You could have your baker use that for your cake.
