OK - had to answer your questions separately. Yes, I leased my condo! I must say, your advice from weeks ago was on point. I was trying to sell it, but people kept offering to rent it, so I had a feeling it wouldn't sell. I went with some other advice you gave early on, and talked to a realtor on Friday. She's a friend of a friend and really cool. She brought over the comps and recent sales for my complex - it was a sad story...nothing has sold since mid-2008 and now there are other units in here that are for sale for $10K less than what I was asking for the same size unit! So she basically said if I try to sell now it would 1) take a long time to sell; and 2) I would not get the $$ I want. So her advice was to rent it. I told her I was considering renting b/c this family really loved my place and wanted to rent and I liked them a lot. She told me to go for it! So I talked to the family yesterday and we have a deal. I just need to go through a company to get their credit checked, etc. Do you have any recommendations for a good company that provides that service?
About the bra fitting. I was thinking about you while I was there b/c guess what - I'M A 32E ALSO!!! LOL! I was cracking up when she brought in a bra and told me the size...she kept saying "you have a small back"...I've never thought of myself that way. But another bra that fit was a 34D. My girlfriend who is really well-endowed and only buys really good bras told me most of the top brands are for sale online cheaper than in stores so she recommended I don't buy any. I took her advice and I'm so glad I did! I liked this one bra for my wedding and it was $99 in the store - I just found it online for $76 and so I bought the matching panties and still only paid $110 total! I did buy a sports bra from Intimacy, which was $59...it's worth it, I'll get good use out of it for my cardio kickbox classes. I also tried on some wedding lingerie (nighties) but didn't really like any that much and they were all over $100!! Too much!! It was a fun experience overall.
