    I'm a BM in my friends wedding and she has a dress already that she is just giving us so that we can have it for her to change into since its a surprise.  Maybe do the same with your girls.

    My bridesmaids surprised me - totally shocked the hell out of me... so I was wearing jeans, a shirt older than I care to admit, and boots.  No makeup, no contact lenses, didn't bother to comb hair.  (I'll skip the pic... it's not pretty).  

    Phoenixashes.... just make sure you comb your hair everyday until you do have your shower :)
