MOB Dress!

I wish I'd taken a pic, but yesterday my Mom found the dress she will wear at the wedding.  Guys, it's AMAZING!  So fitting for our theme and everything and it looks fantastic on her.

And here's the part I find hilarious... she spent more on her dress then I did on my dress!  Haha!  I joked that it was her Momzilla moment.  Of course, I'm weird and only spent $150 on my dress and that's not hard to beat.  

But, seriously, my Mom may upstage me on my wedding day with that dress.  Which I'm OK with becuase she's awesome.

I believe in a lot of things. I believe in fresh tennis balls, the healing power of bunnies, and that the novels of Susan Sontag are something I'll never read. In fact, I don't even know who Susan Sontag is. What is she... like... a painter? I believe in Crystal Lite because I believe in ME. I believe in the movies of Val Kilmer, though these days it ain't so easy. I believe in Darren Sproles, the word "dabble", the first season of "Silk Stockings", and big, warm, moist, gooey chocolate chip cookies that melt in your mouth and all over your face.

    Aww that's great!  Sounds like she is just as excited and happy for you as you are.  I hope my mom can find an awesome dress also.  She deserves to feel great.  After all, our wedding really is a family affair and she has graciously paid for quite a few things for us to have the wedding of our dreams!

    I'm so jealous... my mom has tried on dozens of dresses, with at least five of them being gorgeous on her. She bought four of them, and has taken every single one back. Ugh. For my sister's wedding, she had two or three dresses on standby and didn't decide until the day of which one to wear.

    That sounds fantastic!  Wish you would share pics!  My mom and I are going shopping tomorrow for her dress ... hoping it goes well!  I will report back tomorrow!  :)

    I think I can convince her to put it back on when we get home (visiting my brother and spending the day with the cutest two year old ever!).  Then I'll post a pic!
