  Ben got his from boonerings.com--but it's titanium.  I don't think he offers any other metal.  He loves it though and the customer service was great.

  I bought Jason's from Overstock.com...it is a tungsten comfort fit band, and it fits perfectly! It was under $70 for the ring, warranty and shipping.

  I got FI's from the Gordon's website. It was the best price I found.
