I've been engaged since March, but two weeks ago I had to send my engagement ring in to have the prongs tightened because the stone was loose. (Apparently pretty common with a cathedral setting.) My fiance was in Las Vegas for training while my ring was gone, so I was feeling a little blue. He got home last Friday, and this past Monday, the jeweler called and said my ring was ready. We went to pick it up, and when the salesman tried to hand it to me, my fiance grabbed it, got down on one knee, and proposed again! I cried (again) and said yes (again). It was such a sweet, romantic gesture, and a nice reminder that I am definitely marrying the right man.
