I found my venue!!

I'm so excited. They will do all of the set up and take down, and the linens in my colors (brown and green).
All of the flowers which includes my bouquet his boutonierre all of the family flowers and bridal party flowers, centerpieces and cake flowers.
They also do dinner for 50 or light refreshments for 200 and my cake.
And the place was a freaking STEAL! For the ceremony and reception it is only $2800!
My mom is ecstatic.

Are you planning on having the light refreshments with a larger guest list, or the dinner for the smaller guest list?

Light refreshments. I live in a community where people gate crash a lot. So better safe than sorry. I honestly don't mind how many people show up. As long as I get out of there at the time I want. Hopefully I will get to greet everyone but I won't be having a receiving line.
