  What about the Spa inside Turtle Bay? 
  

  • Hair Design  - starts at $75
  • Makeup Design - starts at $55

  These aren't bad prices (way, way less than what I am paying), and I'm sure they would do a great job. Otherwise, some of the gals on here should be able to help you out!
