i took out some chicken to defrost. not sure what i'm going to do with it yet. i'm thinking apricot chicken though.

i dont get to join this thread either since my husband does 99% of the cooking,but its nice to get dif recipe ideas so i can suprise him with cooking him something every once in awhile.
