Hello?

What the hell? The most recent post was 40 minutes ago? The lack of posting has driven me to watch The Bachelor...gag.

Whats everyone up to?

Re: Hello?

  • I'm also watching the Bachelor.  This is the worst group of girls ever.  And dear sweet Jesus he couldn't be more boring if he tried.
  • I need to go to bed (early testing in the morning), but I wanted to set up my Wii Fit that Rich got me for my birthday....last June. It's been sitting in its box staring at me, so I finally set it up.

My Mii hung its head in shame at my BMI. Apparently I'm ten pounds underweight. And I can't balance worth a crap.

  • I've never watched this show before. The girls make me feel so awkward! I do like the Elizabeth girl in the red dress.
  • I just got off work, so I'm not tired enough to go to bed yet.

I have a funny guest comment to share.  A guest sends back her drink because it's too strong.

What did she order you ask?

DOUBLE vodka on the rocks with a lemon.

    ::facepalm::

I really wish I could say I make this stuff up, but sadly I do not.

  • Mean, mean, Wii Mii! BMI is stupid anyhow
  • Hahahah Lynda...what did she expect exactly?
I sent a drink back on the cruise (it was headache strong) and the waitress looked at me like she didnt understand
  • I've been watching it regularly for several years now.  Some friend along the way got me into it.  I want to like Elizabeth but her bad boob job is freaking me out.

<div>Exactly!! How's that supposed to motivate me, Wii? Shaming me?! Fail. </div><div>
</div><div>And lynda--- I wish I would order a double anything, and then complain about it being too strong. That seems like an oxymoron. </div>

  • Julez- The only thing I don't like about her (so far) is her side boob showing. Sounds like we're on the same page.

    Mii fail for sure.

I have no idea.  But most people understand that ordering straight liquor without a mixer would naturally be strong,  Right?

  • Absolutely, I don't know what else you'd expect. Maybe she thought that little slice of lemon would tone it down. Ha.

The nasty strong drink I ordered had 99 bananas, blue curacao, rum and something else..
  • I think everyone is still talkingto/fighting with some frankie person on another thread. its been going on for like 5 hours. so not interesting.. to me at least

<div>I think I just threw up in my mouth a little. I cannot stand banana flavored anything---except bananas, of course.</div><div>
</div><div>Plus, I've had bad bad experiences with the "99" brands of liquor back in college. *shudders*</div>

    That sounds gross.

This guest is here pretty often and is quite the drinker.

  • It was quite gross. It won some contest where guest make their own concoctions. Why I bothered trying it (even after I was told it sucked) is beyond me.

If the guest is quite the drinked I wonder why she couldnt handle her double

  • who the hell knows.  I swear we had a bunch of crazy guests these last few weeks.  There is no logic to their thinking.  The shiit that comes out of their mouths makes you wonder how they function in their everyday lifes.

  • Hi Cs! Where have you been?
  • Ooh, go anywhere fun?
Next year I think we're getting a cabin in the snow (yea, that sounds ridiculous). I'm excited about the idea of it but a little nervous about the boredom/ crazy familyfactor.
  • Roxy that sounds so Norman Rockwell.
    Photobucket
  • Well thats good. Family is good (in moderation) even when they're crazy. I would kill for some snow.

[QUOTE]Yeah, it's also good that it was sooo freaking warm in California...well, warm to Mr. S and I at least. Everyone was wearing jackets, gloves and scarves and it's was 60 degrees outside and sunny, FFS. I would kill for that weather right now. I was wearing flip flops!

Heh. I consider that cold now which is depressing considering 60 degrees used to be shorts weather for me.

I like that its Norman Rockwellish

You know, I was kind of thinking Gap commercial as well so that would be fitting. Matching sweaters and hats for all!
  • How cute are these boots?

That commercial made me want to stab my eyeballs.

  • I feel like im going to pass out. Im ALMOST almost finished the behemoth stephen king book I started on friday or saturday (I cant remember now). All ive done for 3 straight days is read. I have less than 50 pages to go.
  • oh I love that nebb!  Not the book bc I don't read Stephen King, but when you can't put a book down.  Then when its over, its sad.

See, thats how it made me feel at first but then I started to love it... I promise no cheesy songs and dancing on my Norman Rockwell meets Gap cabin in the snow Christmas card.
  • It is sad, and you sort of miss the characters. I always feel like that when you finish reading stephen king books - he puts so much into the characters, it feels like you know them so well. Its probably why I re-read so many books. I know I wont go to bed tnight until I finish reading it though, so I should get back to work!
  • Cs- I never could figure out what they were saying they werent going to wear anymore...

Nebb- I get that way with books too, I love it.
