Where are you having your rehearsal dinner? I'm looking for somewhere to have a very nice but not expensive dinner.

    were having ours at smokey bones in fort lauderdale ... comes to $6 a person ... and its on a saturday night ... theres 60 people comes to ours!

    I went to a RD in a hotel meeting room. You can’t compete with the level of privacy!  The RD was a kind of ‘pot luck’ where the bride and her closest friends brought dinner. It was affordable, private and no one got stuck doing the dishes in the end… Look at smaller hotels that don’t have weddings for a better price. I also went to an unrelated dinner at the Hampton Inn Fort Lauderdale Downtown City Center (http://www.hamptoninnfortlauderdale.com/) that was very nice. It is a good hotel in the heart of downtown, close to everyone!
