  • Aww that sucks :( I've been flying alone since I was 10 or so and I think I'm just used to it by now. Growing up in Alaska you really have to fly to get anywhere so I've done it a lot.

  • Card- Are Irish people as happy and as much of partiers as I imagine them to be?

[QUOTE]I went to Ireland for 3 weeks during college. It was great! We drove all around the perimeter of Ireland, visiting major towns/cities and staying in B&Bs, which are simply peoples' houses and they just give you the key. They don't even seem like B&B's, just like you're staying at grandma's house or something. It's fun! We visited lots of Catholic and Protestant churches, which was amazing. And it sounds stupid to say, but I couldn't believe how green it really was. I have never seen a landscape so green ever since. And it didn't even rain while I was there! The people are very, very nice. arwo : my aunt also sleeps naked (we're really close, like sisters, so she tells me these things!), and she always kept forgetting to bring pajamas on trips, so <strong>she always left a clean pair or pairs of pajamas in her suitcase and never took them out except to wash them after the trip, then back in they went.</strong> Then she never had a problem forgetting them again. I think she kept a pair of pjs in each of her travel bags!

That's super smart, and I should totally do that. If only I wasn't so lazy...

I took a bicycle trip around the south of Ireland the year I graduated from high school, it was awesome. I happened to have my 18th birthday during the trip, which of course meant delicious BEER! It was so pretty, and I feel like I saw so much, being out on the roads on my bike. Hilly, but so pretty that I didn't notice having to get my bike over the hills.

</div><div>In local towns, there are just drunks. lol I mean, everyone goes to the pub, to play trivia or have a drink before heading home.</div><div>

  • The only time in my adult life that I wore flannel PJs was when we were in Ireland.  effing cold & damp!
  • "I wear my cotton nightie in the summer when it's hot

I wear my flannel jammies in the winter when it's not

but sometime in the Springtime, and sometimes in the Fall

I just jump into bed with nothing on at all"

that's from my childhood brain, buried somewhere

Same. H has to work really early so he went to bed an hour ago. I am semi working on some stuff for my MIL but it's pretty tedious so I am doing anything I can to avoid it

    Hi Kayla and Avs!

ETA: and Mrs J. and Roxy!

We have a bunch of WR stuff to do this weekend. Nothing too exciting. If it's nice like last weekend we'll probably hang out outside for a bit.
  • Guys!!!!!!!!!! Wussup?
  • Mmm drunken rampage, that sounds fun. Not.
  • Still here, still kinda doing work. Man, I love physics and all but sometimes it's so boring. SO BORING.
  • CCF!

Roxy- She is in real estate and I do mailers for her to send out to potential clients. I have to type the letter, sign it, address all the envelopes, fold and stuff the mailers, close the envelopes, and stamp them. Over and over and over.
