Looking for an Oregon Beach House

Hey!  I live in WA state but am thinking of getting married on the Oregon coast! I love Oregon and we would love to have our wedding on the beach.  Looking into renting a beach house to accommodate about 8-10 people maybe in the seaside area. Does anyone know of anyone that has nice beach rentals (right on the beach) or have rented one?  Im so excited! :)

What about having your wedding at Pelican pub and Brewery at Pacific City, OR.  It is 30 mins north of lincoln city.

You could check into renting a house there but having the ceremony on the beach in front of the reception room and the ceremony inside the banquet room.

I was there 4 weeks ago and checked it out again and thought that it was perfect for a small beach wedding.

I am having my wedding at the Pelican Pub & Brewery in October.  I have been thrilled with the process so far.  If you have any questions about it, please let me know, I would be happy to share what I know!

Not Seaside, but Horizon Rentals is awesome to work with.  www.horizonrentals.com

I have no rental help but I have some info to offer.

I recommend maybe holding your ceremony in Gearhart as opposed to Seaside. It is only 15 min North, not nearly as busy, and just super lovely little town. FI and I had an overnight during the week there and encountered maybe 3 dozen people on the beach over several hours but when we spent time the next day in Seaside there were thousands plus a volleyball tournament that took up about 1/2 - 1 mile of the beach.

If you are looking for a venue in the area, in Gearhart there is the McMenamins Sandtrap which is absolutely gorgeous.  It is 2 blocks in from the beach (with no view) but is on a golf course and just beautiful. We checked it out for a venue of our own and I have tons of pictures and an informational packet if you are interested just send me a PM.
