    If no one replies to your thread, that usually means no one has any experience or advice about the vendor you are asking about. Wink No  need to post ANOTHER thread about it.

    And if you're having this big of a problem getting your agreement back, take it as a sign and don't go with them.  Put a stop on your check and find a new vendor.

    I alread mailed the deposit. So it's too late. I don't want to be rude because the cake is amazing and the price is really good but I don't know what to do.

    Reading your other post, I would say it could have gotten lost in the mail. Things happen. Has your check cleared? If it has, the agreement was probably sent out and at the mercy of the postal service.

    Yes the check cleared. But here's the thing the last email she sent me was yesterday morning and she said she would email the agreement. It's the next day I still do not have it. I just don't understand why it would take so long to scan a document and email it?

    Maybe she got sidetracked?  I can't even begin to count the number of times I've hung up the phone and told someone I'd get them something ASAP, but then you get a distraction, and completely forget...  Call again.
