Maui DJs?

We are still undecided as to whether we'll have a live solo guitarist or a DJ.  I think it depends on how many guests end up attending our wedding.  If it is a small group under 20 people, we may have a solo guitarist since a large portion of the 20 people will be older folks who I know don't dance.  If we have more guests, it would be nice to have a DJ so we could do a little dancing because I love dancing!

Can anyone recommend a good DJ in Maui?

We went with Jay Langworthy (aka, DJ Boomshot).  He was a little higher in price thatn another DJ we were looking at but after talking with him on the phone we are confident he has the skills and knowledge to give us what we are hoping for.  My main concern with a DJ is that he would pay attention, play the songs we wanted, and wouldn't be too cheesy on the microphone.
He told us he doesn't talk on the mic unless it's to announce something, and I have no doubt about his playing abilities as he  plays clubs around Maui.
I heard from another girl who got married at Olowalu and she said he was great, so that makes me feel good too!

Check out the Maui wedding planning website, link in my siggy.  It has most of the board's favorite musicians/djs and some reviews.
