Red Velvet Cake yogurt. And it was good.

And I'm going out to Panera for lunch with a friend in a bit.

Really, Shelly? I don't like yogurt with slimy fruit in it.

It had a hint of red velvet, but it was still yummy. I didn't know they made it!

Im having a bagel with peanut butter because my stomach has been been unhappy for 3 days now. My friend told me it mght be my gall bladder. I hope not. I'm supposed to go to FL this weekend.

I hope it likes peanut butter and bagel as much as I do and stops killing me slowly.

I am intrigued by this whole red velvet yogurt thing. Does it have real sugar, or aspartame?

I just ate half a bag of Koulourakia (greek cookies) which is basically like eating a stick of butter. I hate myself right now. But they were delish.

I love Panera. I could eat there 3 times a week. I always get the same thing, though. 1/2 Chicken salad sandwich and broccoli cheese soup.

The yogurt? Its yoplait. I had it for the first time the other day. Not too shabby.

I've been eating a few pretzels with my yogurt and really likeing the salty-sweet flavor... a whole new meaning to yogurt covered pretzels
