SIL's rehearsal is at gmil's house. Everyone has had their rehearsal there and so SIL decided to go with a planned formula and stick with tradition.
MIL is planning the whole thing, food, decorations, etc. She was going to just buy a cake from somewhere and I said to H, ::nosewrinkle:: "I'll just make something".
It's for 40-45 people. The weekend immediately before the rehearsal dinner H is going to be gone, so I'll have the whole house to myself. I don't think it'll be a problem, but I'd better clean out my freezer for room.
So...any ideas?

Best cake tips- Before baking grease and flour then put a layer of waxed paper in the bottom. As soon as the cake comes out put a layer of waxed paper on top and wrap, wrap, wrap with saran wrap. Then put it straight into the freezer. All of the moisture gets sucked back in. This works with cupcakes too.
