Hi girls!
I'm new to this board, but I can't believe I didn't find it earlier!! I've snooped on some past posts, and the stuff you guys come up with is amazing!!
I'm getting married June 3, 2011 to my wonderful FI, and then we are both going off into the military sunset and joining the Army as 2LTs.
The wedding theme is shabby chic and my colors are navy and aqua. The venue is kind of preppy, boat house, country club-esque, so I thought incorporating vintage elements against the clean simplicity of the venue would be perfect!
I'm definitely trying to DIY certain things, and I'm always searching for things like milkglass, aqua mason jars, vintage handkerchiefs, etc.
if you have any suggestions or ideas you want to throw my way, i'm all ears!
