My posts aren't showing up, and I just got a glimpse of the mod screen. There was actually a "delete forum" button. Dani & ring, how are you both not drunk with power?
It's been happening on and off for me for a while now. I emailed Knot Annie (because she asked me to) and never got a response.

And betrothed, I'm disgusted with most of the comments that you have posted. I don't think I've ever read such judgmental comments in my life. I'm so lucky that the girls I speak to on theknot are nothing like you...I would've never come on here for ADVICE if I would've encountered a big a bitch as you. I genuinely feel awful for your children or your future children, and I think it would be irresponsible of YOU not to invest in their future therapy sessions starting now. Because trust me when I tell you honey, they're gonna need it. ~jcaruncho2010

The same thing is happening to me. Every other time I refresh, I have mod powers. I tried to open a post in "mod power" view, and my screen refreshed--and *poof* post was gone.

Heehee. I actually don't know what the "Delete forum" button does, I've never tried it. (It's new with the new format.) If it does what it sound like it does, that seems pretty drastic, no?
Hecks if I know!! I looked for it a second ago--and it wasn't there. But then again my screen is different every time. I keep getting a post from NightSprite about Cheese and Rice.

Oh, I clicked on the lil buttons (just for shitsNgiggles), but my page would just refresh. I did not win the MOD lottery :(
Thanks, but I emailed Knot Annie last week, like 3 hours after she asked me to send her one, so I figured I'd just wait for a reply and if she doens't want to get back to me, and they want to just keep giving me MOD powers,I'll just keep ignoring them. It's cool. I'm not really itching for a response.

It's like the nuclear option button the president has under his desk in the oval office!
In all seriousness, I can't think of an instance where a forum would get so out of hand that your only option was to self-destruct.

I thought the delete forum button was to delete the message that you can customize at the top of the page, describing the forum. Nope... it deletes the forum I just accidentally deleted my Feb 2010 board.... Lets hope they can restore it. It looks like it would just delete the topic... but apparently not.

and I keep getting the cheese and rice thread too.

Yeah, I posted a big long reply in rick's menu planning thread, but it appears to have vanished.
Seriously, new forum software or new IT team. This isn't rocket science here.
