Meeting Masterpiece C. to let them in the room

we are due back from our strip tour at 6pm, and MC are due to arrive at the hotel at 6pm to set up, but now Im worried incase we run a little over time and Im late!

has this been an issue for anyone? is it too tight?

and how do I meet them if Im not up in my room, i have visions of me wandering around the reception area looking for someone in a MC uniform!!

    If you do not have anyone in your group to meet them I would shave 15 minutes off of your tour or bump up the start time of your tour.

    I used Scheme Events to meet all my vendors because this was going to be a huge issue for us.

    we will all be on the strip tour, so I dont want to leave anyone behind to do the meet. Maybe I should just make it my business to have the bus back at the hotel at 5.45pm! Thanks
