I haven't even seen Di*k Clark at all.. Just Seacrest, Jenny, and a little bit of Fergie. But I had it muted until about 10:15.

Hi there! I was part of the 2011 posts last year. Good times. I can't believe it's been a year already. Oh and, I've been around here for a while and just figured out this week that if I click on the post count and not the title of a thread it will take me to the page I last read. That's how you ladies can keep up so fast.

I think the fact that NYE was on a Friday (and the FFT thread started on Thursday) helped us last year.

Floridians love their fireworks like you wouldn't believe.

If I click on the post count, it takes me to the last page, but doesn't "un-bold" the title of the thread, so then I'm never sure if there's new posts in it or not. I usually just pick one and keep refreshing it and ignore any other new threads.

My post count isn't clickable. Only the thing saying who made the last post.

I'm irritated that TK seems to have stopped sorting the posts by most recently posted. It's hard to know where anyone is.

Yeah, I've heard mention of being taken to the last page they read, but it wasn't until the other day that I figured out it was the post count that did it.

I'm watching the news now, waiting for DCRNYE or NYRE or whatever to come back. I lived in NYC for 4 years and never went to Times Square at midnight... might have to go back and do that eventually. Maybe.

Either someone has fireworks or party popprs outside or there are gunshots out there. Most likely they are fireworks.

Mine's clicky regardless of how may posts I've read. If I've only read to page 5 of an 18 page thread, it'll take me to page 5. If I click on the "1 minute ago" it'll take me to page 18.
