Enhance and touch-up photos

Does anyone know of a good vendor online or local to you who can touch-up and enhance wedding photos.  My pictures turned out ok, but I want them to look more artistic.

    If you google "Philadelphia Photolab" you'll get a ton of links in your area.  Many photolabs charge per element changed on the photo.  If you don't want or need reprints and just want digital enhancements, there are many photo sites on line that you can find.  Feel free to look at my site.
