So I'm stuck at a weight plateau. I was 136. Then I started replacing meals with slimfast M-F, drink only on F&Sat, run between 3 & 4 miles on Tues & Thurs, strength train with toning & cardio M&F. I eat very light dinners and light lunches on the weekends. I've been doing this since March and only lost 18 lbs. I haven't lost any weight this month. I'd like to lose 3 - 8 more pounds before October. Any ideas?
