In the Etiquette sticky, they say you do not have to tip owners who are providing a service because they pocket all the money, but they do say to tip your hair/makeup artist. So, what do you do if the hair/makeup artist IS the owner?
The lady I'm using is driving out to our location. She does not work for a salon, she only goes to wherever you are to provide her services. So, do I still need to tip her? I don't want to be cheap, but she chooses what to charge, and we are paying extra for her mileage. So, what do you think I should do?
