  I actually send the same e-mail a few days ago to get my trial run scheduled, and got a response back today.

  I got the automated "on vacation" email a week ago so maybe she's back now then. I still haven't been assigned a stylist so that's another reason I wanted to get in touch with them. Sounds like it was probably Anna that was on vacation and now that she's back she's probably sorting though a mountain of emails. I'll give it a couple more days. Thanks Ladies

  I sent an email to Anita yesterday, no vacation message and she got back to me a few hours later.

  Update: Anita got back to me today, said she'd been out of the country w/out access to emails. Disappointed cause Kira's not available my day but I'm sure whoever I get will be great, heard nothing but good things about all their girls!
