So is that addressed to me, or did you just use mine to quote? Because as I said I never even lurk on the SB board, and I don't get any of the drama about it. I saw someone on here mention something about Kiki with an AE on SB or something.

Seriously, I don't get the drama between the 2 boards and never will. Some people talk about switching between boards like you're switching tables in the high school cafeteria.

Just woke up, but... uh, that was not drama. And my comment was not an attack, unless we are very sensitive 6-year-olds. I said "SESHAT- why do you have a foot in your avatar? Feet are gross." Or something quite similar. How is that an attack?

But yeah, I knew everyone would be all "Why do you post here if you don't like it, waaaahhhh????" I was honestly curious about the foot. I flamed aprove for her foot picture, too. FEET ARE THE GROSSEST THING IN THE WORLD. I'd honestly rather see a picture of a rotting corpse.

I can find the MB board really annoying and still post there to try and make a difference. I'm not saying what was done was right or wrong. But it can still be valid in somebody's eyes.

Well apparently I've been doing too much work this week b/c I totally missed the foot thing..........sounds pretty lame though. I'm over the references to SB and E - I thought that crap was finally going away for good!

I guess I shouldn't be so hopeful.

Kiki - I know that it wasn't meant to be a personal attack, but coming from someone who has been vocal about not being a fan of that board, it was off-putting, since most of the regs knew the inside joke.

Annnnd, my last comment on the whole matter: Here's an analogy.

I hate Wal-Mart. I will tell everyone and their mama that Wal-Mart sucks donkey balls. I HATE IT. But every once in awhile, the H or I need something at 2 am. There are two options in our neighborhood: Wait until morning, or go to Wal-Mart. So... a few times a year, I have to go to Wal-Mart. I still hate it.

I think my point is... that sometimes E is boring, so I lurk on SB, because it's the only one with new posts.

That was a terrible analogy.

ETA: I don't need to defend posting on another board. I can post wherever I want.

Ok, I flame anyone who is still talking about SB vs. E. Sorry, but I do. I get not liking the vibe of a board. I get not liking some/many/all of the regs on a board. But just give it a fricking rest. Really, if you don't talk about it, the "problem" doesn't exist and instead it's just two boards with different vibes and posters. That seems like an easy fix to me.

ETA: I realize I just talked about it and therefore have to flame myself. Fuuck me.

I think to make that analogy more applicable, you should add that while at walmart, you took a picture on your camera phone of a woman that clearly looked like she belonged on "people of walmart." You posted that picture on your FB wall and said something along the lines of "this is why I don't shop at walmart - do you see the trash that shop there?" Then, customer's friend saw the picture on your FB wall, and all hell broke loose.

Or, something to that effect.

Haha it was kind of out of character for me, but I was so surprised that he actually grabbed a handful of my hair - it was a gut reaction I think. That's OK, he'll think about that the next time he tries that shiit on someone else.
