I have to share.....I found this shop yesterday in North End....amazing costume jewellry! they have beautiful pearl neclace just like the one I wanted for my wedding . Definately worth a look ladies - 402 Hanover St....opposite Bricco.  I think it opened a few weeks ago.
They have different collections inspired by glam ladies i.e Jackie Kennedy, Ginger Rogers.....so cute!!

    ok update, just found wedbsite-its Filthy RICH jewellry and its 236A Hanover....oops!! im not awake yet :)

    I love the Cameron Diaz earring on the site.  I may have to make a trip to the North End

    I really only paid attention to the triple layer pearls with broche necklace which was $120......I seen something similar on etsy for 80/90 but I really want to try it on before purchasing
    I think everything was around this price more or less....they are all displayed in separate cabinets.....very cool!
