photography location near HomerGlen

Getting married 5/25 in Chicago but our reception is in HomerGlen does anyone know of any nice out door photo locations around that area?? Its a Friday & a holiday weekend so i'm worried about going downtown Chicago for pictures with all that traffic so i'm hoping to find something a bit closer to the hall to be safe with timing.

    We are having our wedding at the Public Landing in Lockport and doing all our photos there as well. You could ask them about doing photos on their large lawn/park area in front of the restaurant. There are also train tracks running alongside the restaurant and old buildings (great for rustic pics), a small river/wooded area nearby, and it's only a short walk to downtown Lockport, which would make a great backdrop also!

    Another place to consider is Pilcher Park, which is on Gouger Road (also Lockport, I think, but maybe New Lenox). They have a beautiful garden, wooded forest paths, and a lovely greenhouse.
