    What differentiates an average host and a great host is anticipating unexpressed needs and wants of their guests.  Just because the want/need is not expressed, doesn't mean it wouldn't be appreciated.

    I have never heard anyone say "grow-cher-ies."  For those of you who answered that way, do you really say it with the same "ch" sound as in "cherry"?  What part of the country are you from, and is that the normal pronunciation there?  Just curious ;)

    Oh, and I say "grow-sir-ries."
