Confessions

Hey girlsss.

So, I need to confess a few things.

1)  I ate pie for breakfast...and it was delicious.  NOM!

2)  I am seriously procrastinating studying for my Constitutional Law final...because I hate Constitutional Law.

3)  I love all you hoars.

ETA:  I further confess that I've been having weird dreams about my Constitutional Law final all week.  Last night, I dreamt the professor included a Stripping Skills segment into the exam...and I told him "I'm sorry, but I'd barf if I ever had to strip in front of you."  Then he failed me.  Whooooops.

Your turn!  Confess!!!!!!

I'm putting off getting ready for my summer job.

I'm also procrastinating on paying bills. It feels nice to have money in my checking account. :)

    1. Allusive's dino pic kind of scares me. It looks like the guy it eating the girls face off!

    2. My boss is getting on my nerves. Today I walked in and he called me before I even put my stuff down on my desk. I know things need to get done but can I at least have ONE sip of my coffee?

    3. I really hope that I can get this job coming up so that I can start living my own life. I need to have a full-time job and the benefits that go along with it so that I can move forward.

    4. I really need to clean out my room and all the old clothes I have laying around, but I secretly hope that I can lose all this weight and fit back into them.

I confess I'm relieved that FI's family is going back home today and that we'll be able to enjoy some peace and quiet...  and some "us-time"!  while it was nice having them here, and I know FI was glad he was able to spend some time with them, we both are looking forward to a more normal schedule.

I made breakfast for BF before he left for work and it was mediocre. I'm going out for breakfast with my friend E at 11:30 and am anticipating stuffing myself with delicious chocolate chip pancakes and turkey sausage and a latte.

Shoes- I had a Magnum ice cream bar for breakfast, it made me happy but pie would have made me happier!

Liv- I know how you feel, I had a friend from high school who chose to get married and have a family instead of college.  I took the college track so I found that we really didn't have anything in common anymore and therefore nothing to talk about.  We're still friendly and chat now and again about every day things but it just isn't the same.

I confess I had leftover birthday ice cream cake for breakfast - for almost the past week.  I swear it kick-starts your metabolism (lying, probably)
I confess that I'm procrastinating on putting together syllabi for next semester, but I will likely work on them tomorrow (i mean, I DID just grade all of this semester's finals & enter final grades!)
I confess that BF knew it was our 3.5 year anniv. yesterday and I didn't (I mean, who counts months?!)
I guess, to tell you the truth, I've never had much of a desire to grow facial hair. I think I've managed to play quarterback just fine without a mustache. - Peyton

oh no! haha - I thought it was cute, but if it's scary I guess i'll change it! Time for a change anyway...

I confess that I'm giving up mashed potatoes for a while. I have come to the conclusion they are a "gateway food" for me, though it makes me terribly sad to admit that. I'm trying the Paleo Diet (I know other's on here are on it too!) since my mom has had so much success with it. Today is day #2 and no major cravings so far so far.

I confess that I'm sick of this "hurry up and wait" nonesense at work right now, I'm so tired of it and just want things to get a move on already. Due to this work mode, I feel guilty about working from home today but that I didn't have a choice because of the building inspector.

I confess that I am having a lot of trouble getting out of my own head lately. I really don't like what it's doing to my perspective of myself.

I confess that I actually have no desire to hang out with my friend this weekend, even though I told her I would come celebrate her graduation from her MSW program.

I confess that I would give anything to be thinner already and not have to diet anymore, and I could dive head first into a bag of double chocolate Milanos.

I confess that I want a giant margarita when I get home, but that will be breaking my "no alcohol Sunday-Wednesday" rule.

I confess that I absolutely should not be on here right now, I have plenty of work to do! But this is comforting.

I confess that my job isn't challenging enough- so I can easily knot all day and still get my work done. I know I could seek out other projects- but my boss wouldn't care- so I'm not motivated to do so. I'd rather knot.

I confess that I want to hit my computer right now because Outlook keeps freezing.

I confess I'm intersted in the Paleo diet- but it could be a lot of work. I love having these organic meal replacements (clicky) for breakfast or lunch when I'm being lazy and feel like being good.

    Now rebooting stupid computer...ARG.

I confess that I haven't  gone to the gym or worked out in two weeks and a bean and cheese burrito is stalking me.

I confess that I am getting really excited to graduate but to do that I need to finish my grad paper which I procrastinate about.

I confess that I envy my older sister's e-ring sometimes.  Not the design but the size of her rock.  I just tell myself that I have slender fingers and it would look ridiculous on me.  (Yes I know that I have moments of being a size hoar).

I confess that I miss you ladies and that I'm sorry I don't come around more often.  I will once school is done.

1)Jordan and I both went off our diet  for the weekend because I had some major monthly pain and it would be rude to not go to a mothers day picnic.

2)I sometimes answer a question with a question because I don't know the answer to the question myself

3)Wish I could go back and rewrite 3 1/2 years of my life- remove all the abuse I suffered not know what debt is like, not have all this baggage that hampers with my relationship with Jordan....... I would marry him next summer if it wasn't for the debt

CDE- SO is all about the comic books and super heroes, he's a total nerd.  So he already saw it last week, I'll be visiting with him for three weeks in a few days and he usually makes me go to all of the super hero movies with him.  For the most part they're not bad, but I'm really looking forward to seeing Captain America this summer!

I confess that I made a pie run at midnight with my friend last night.  However, I had been really good all day yesterday (including a workout in the morning) so I think I'm still ok calorie-wise.

I confess that I meant to wake up "early" this morning (for me, that's 10 AM) and failed.

I confess that sometimes, in a totally bratty fit of selfishness that I would never fully acknowledge or admit to anywhere but here, I resent my parents for not wanting (or not being able) to contribute more to my wedding.  I'm their only daughter, they didn't have to pay a dime for my college, and I've been with FI for almost 5 years now, so they should have seen this coming...  Then I remind myself that they both lost a lot in their divorce and that they both have a bunch of money tied up in real estate (which is not doing so hot right now)... and that even if they were millionaires, I wouldn't be entitled to anything they didn't want to give.

    whew.

The poster for that movie looks ridiculously over the top. LOL. Andrew can go and see that with his friends that are boys...which he needs more of, actually.

Which reminds me of another confession. I had a great girls weekend with my best friend- and we ate tons of cucpakes (paired with wine and beer) without any regret!
