Do you ever do any bathroom "things" with the door open? And no, I'm not counting brushing your hair or teeth.

I'll sometimes shower with the door open when FI is home. Aside from that, nope. I realize we may reach a point someday (hopefully in the very far future) where at least one of us may be unable to use the toilet without assistance, but I'd rather save the "mystery" until that point!

We will do everything but #2 in front of each other. I don't think I could ever do that in front of him. Way too private.

Sometimes, I will leave the door open while I'm in the shower. That is, as long as my 10 yr old son and his children are not home.

Other than that, NOPE! I've made it a point that he also now knows to NOT open the door if I am going to the bathroom. Sometimes, people just need their privacy, and that's one time I do. However, he is allowed to open it if I'm in the shower. Typically, I just lock the door if I'm "using" the bathroom, that way, he can't by chance just happen to walk in on me.

Nope!!

Although sometimes I dont shut the door the entire way.... only after my son goes to bed and I am worried the "click" will wake him up! haha!

We'll pee with the door open, no issues with that.

I actually hesitate to leave the door open when I am showering, not for modesty's sake but because FI loves to sneak up behind the shower curtain and try to scare me to death. I've got pretty good ears but it's easier if the door is shut cause then I can hear it when he opens it.

When I pee the door will probably be open because it's upstairs and just us. I did that at home too because I was alone a lot of the time and the bathroom was huge and had two doors (was converted from a bedroom before we got the house) that always basically stayed open so I wasn't about to shut both just to pee.

I always close the door, whether I'm showering or going to the bathroom. I don't care if FI opens the door while I'm showering, but while I'm going to the bathroom is a big no no! FI will sometimes pee with the door open, otherwise it's closed.

Nope! My bathroom time is my private time. My FI knows and respects this. However if he needs to brush his teeth or hair while I am in the shower I do not mind. I just prefer the door to stay closed.

Ditto this, we usually don't shut the door if we're peeing. I won't shower with the door open unless it's really hot in the summer because there's no heat in our bathroom so I use a little space heater to make it nice and toasty.

I'll shower with the door open but that's about it. I walk around naked and sleep naked so that's not a big deal haha. I will NEVER use the toilet in front of him. I told him I will never do that and never wanna be around him doing it haha

Well I'm definately the minority here. We never close the bathroom door for anything unless there is company over. FI sometimes doesn't even close it then! He is VERY open about these things. It was gross in the beginning, but I'm getting used to it. It helps that we have seperate bathrooms though

We will do everything but #2 in front of one another. Otherwise, teh door is open. If we're showering, we keep the door cracked. The rulle with us is, if the door is latched closed, we don't go in lol.

I only use the bathroom with the door open if he is not home. However, if he is in the shower and I have to pee really bad, I will pee while he is in the shower and vise versa. But that is about it.
By the way he hates when I say Pee ( kinda strange).

We just recently started to get more comfortable with that...not poos, but peeing yes. The house we live in is so awkwardly set up. There is our "master" bedroom and the bathroom connects; it is the only bathroom on the downstairs level. However, it doesn't have a door on it, so I hung up a curtain for some privacy, but it is what it is.

We shower with the door open. With morning routines he is in the shower while I'm busy getting ready in the bathroom. (oh the joys of a 1 bedroom house). As for everything else we have to keep the door closed because my dog loves toilet paper and the toilet bowl to drink out of it.

We shower with the door open, mostly for ventilation and because the litter box is the bathroom. Plus our cats like to come in and wait for us in the sink-it's really cute. Sometimes they even try to jump in the shower until they remember that water is involved.

We shower with the door open all the time and pee with it open as well. It doesnt really bother me. Fi also goes #2 with the door wide open. He doesnt care at all. I shut the door for that though, I'm not really embarrassed I just think it's kinda gross.

Ya i go to the bathroom all the time with the door open, so does fiance, usually the other is not right there but if he happens to be right there & i am doing a #2 i close the door.

I shower with the door partly open, i do not like it closed, even with the fan on it steams up too much.

I always do!! LOL I just don't care, and its not like FI is right there, we have 3 washrooms in our home and I usually like using are master upstairs, if we have guest over than obviously we close the doors!

Haha-yes, pretty much everything. We only have 1 bathroom in our apartment so we always need something when the others in the bathroom. We've been together so long and have seen it all, it doesnt gross me out or anything. I would actually probably get pissed if FI went to the bathroom (#2) and locked the door, he takes forever! And I think the first time I peed in front of him I was a drunken highschooler at some bonfire party (glad those days are done..) and I dont think theres really been any shame in anything since. I totally get how people would be grossed out, but I love it, Im 100% comfortable all the time with who I am with him.

We have separate bathrooms because we have 2 upstairs. When I didn't have to work until 11 last year he would get up at 6 and just shut the bedroom door and go use the hall bathroom to be considerate of me. The door is always shut when we are going to the bathroom. I always shut the door when I shower because I love hot steamy showers, but sometimes FI joins. It's not even any fun...our shower is too small! When he showers he cracks the door because the cat's litter box is in there.

Funny that I won't bee in front of him, yet I've peed in front of many of my girlfriends. I was hooking up with a guy a few years ago and we were at the bar and his sister and I really had to go to pee and the line was too long for the women's bathroom so we went in the "coed" bathroom together. A little awkward that I just met her that night and I'm pretty sure she knew her brother and I were hooking up. Guess you gotta go when you gotta go!

We always shower with the door open unless a guest is over. I get too hot if I don't, and feel like I am going to pass out.

FI pees with the door open if it is just us two. I always close it no matter what. I will use the bathroom if he is in the shower though, I just tell him not to peek.

We only have one bathroom.

Our cat likes to jump in the tub after we shower and lick up the water puddles. She is odd! haha

I am not a shy person. I leave the door open for it all. FI closes it for #2. Our bathroom is tiny, so we keep the extra toilet paper in a closet in the other room. If someone needs toilet paper the other one has to go get it and bring it in. He's becoming a little more open because of it.
