Brunch for 80 people?

Hi Ladies, as you can see I'm from the Chicago board. We will be getting married in Chicago and then doing a party for the family on the east coast who couldnt make it to the wedding.

The party will be Jan 2014. We will be having between 60-80 people. We would like do brunch, with mimosas, and/or bloody mary bar.

Any good recommendations of restaurants that could accomodate us, we are looking to spend under 40 a person. Would like a private dining room.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Right now we are thinking of Victoria Sation in Salem, or maybe Simon Pearce in VT if our budget allows.

check out http://atlanticacohasset.com. We had 80 people at our wedding there. We did dinner but I know they have a great brunch too.
