Lemonaid during ceremony?

We are having our wedding outside in Missouri, in May. It is likely to be pretty hot. I think having a lemonaid station set up is cute and inviting, but I want to make sure I think everything out so it goes off without a hitch.

I don't want it to be on just a normal table, so I'm looking for a cute suggestion for what to serve it on. Also should it be in a big drink dispenser or have someone serving it? And then there is the cups, how do I supply a trash can without it looking tacky??

How about a piece of painted flea-market furniture, or a stack of crates or suitcases? I googled lemonade stations, and they have really cute ones, but they are mostly tables.

For a garbage can, how about putting a trash bag in a barrel or crate?

I think this is super cute. You could have one of the drawers slightly open with a trash bag inside.

I like bunni's ideas. Maybe also hay. I would do the dispenser.

Are you sold on the idea of lemonade and don't want to change it? I want to suggest water just for hydration and sugars (diabetics).

That's a super cute idea! I agree with the PP, if you're offering lemonade, also offer water.

I vote for a dispenser so guests can serve themselves. Just be sure to have a few of them so there doesn't get to be a lineup at the lemonade table.

As for trash, is it possible to serve the lemonade in actual glasses? You can have your servers collect the empties.

The furniture idea is really cute, great to have them put the trash in the drawer. But then they would have to drink and dispose of their cup at the station, do you want them to return to their seat with the drink? I would hope most people would just hold onto their cups until after the ceremony without littering. Do you have someone who could walk around after and collect any trash left behind?

And I would definitely use a dispenser. Two actually, one for lemonade and one for water, like the other posters suggested.

Thanks for your ideas girls!! I think if I can find a big enough piece of furniture or two we will have lemonaid, pink lemonaid, water, tea, and sweet tea! I am thinking of having them on either side as to mimic the isle and I loved the barrel idea for trash! Also the person who is cleaning up the chairs is ready and willing to clean up trash since we are having program fans and I'm sure some will be left behind of not all.
