Oh boy where should I begin...lol

-people that chew (esp gum) with their mouth open
-toilet paper roll that has the toilet paper going under instead of over
-
people that go the speed limit in the left lane (it's for passing)
-people that wait until the last second to try and merge in a lane when there was a sign a mile back (I won't let you in so don't bother trying)
-when FI leaves dirty dishes in the sink, when the diswasher is empty, and waiting for them
-static on the radio
-people that park their cart in the middle of the grocery store aisle (don't think I won't plow right through it either)
-people that just pull into a parking spot haphazardly and jack up parking for everyone else (I almost threw down at Kroger over this last night, no joke) FYI-if you drive a beige Yukon XL and you were at Kroger in Sterling Heights last night...yeah, I called you a "d-bag a-hole"

as usual, there will be more :)

What Kim said. OMG Kim I think we are all annoyed by the all the things that you've listed above.

lol

-Nosy people
-Liars
-SIL's who think they know everything.
-Rude people
-People who don't say excuse me, sorry or cover their mouths when they sneeze and cough
-Strangers who thinks that its ok to come and touch my daughters face ( I freaking hate this)
-Newscasters who report on the same damn thing over and over again

Like Kim I'm sure I have more to come.
• edited December 2011
People who can't drive - Kim pretty much listed all those people's nasty drivin' habits, but let's also include those who come to a complete stop and take 20 minutes to make a right hand turn.

People who say "Jag-wire" instead of Jag-u-ar.

When FI throws his napkins and snack wrappers in the sink instead of the trash can.

People who don't do something to quiet their screaming baby in a grocery store.

Non English speaking women who let their kids scream and run amok in said grocery store and don't do anything to discipline them.

People who argue price with a cashier for 20 minutes when there's a long line waiting behind them.

Walking into walls, knocking things off the table, hitting my head, bumping my arm, etc.

when my purse falls off my arm while I'm carryng and armload of stuff.

My mom trying to be cool by cracking her gum.

- people who use words incorrectly or horribly mispronounce them (if you don't know the word, don't use it!)

- a zillion parking/driving related things

- gum chewing (I'm with Kim its obnoxious)

- rude people (why isn't being courteous the norm any more?)

Umm.....

-People who dont merge when they see the sign and wait till last minute and jump in front of me.
-People who I go out of my way to let in or stop for and they dont even wave or acknowledge me.
-You ladies actually listed most of mine already

-Parents who park in the pickup porch line when it clearly has NO PARKING signs posted and then I have to weave around you nearly hitting other cars just so my 5 year old doesnt stand on the cold porch forever.

-Sisters who could care less about your wedding even though you supported them thru 3 (for the one sis), 2 for the other.

-Rude sales people ...there are plenty of people who need and are willing to do that job either do it correctly and politely or get out and let someone else

-People who correct my spelling. I get excited and sometimes type super fast and its supposed to be relaxed and peaceful around here so why should I grammer/spell check it all school paper style.

- shower curtains left open
- dirty counters

- people who talk so loud in your ear at a bar that it literally hurts
- animal hair fur balls rolling around on wood floors
- people who don't know when to just agree to disagree, there is nothing wrong with it so just stfu
- telemarketers and spam text messages that I have to pay for!
- solicitors
- wet sock
- people who don't take care of thier lawn and have trashy yards (old toys, cars, tools, etc.)...we don't want to look at your garbage!
- people who get a puppy and then leave it outside, chained up 24/7...don't get a dog if you don't want to take care of it! it's so sad. they grow up and aren't cute little puppies anymore so they are no longer useful Undecided

• People who don't spell check their emails at work. Personal emails, its fine, but its unprofessional at work.
• When someone responds to an email with "thanks." Way to fill up my inbox.
• When someone responds to a text with "K."
• People who wear brown belts with black shoes (or vice versa).
• When someone calls me back when I didn't leave a voicemail. If it was important, I would have left a message. I was probably calling just to chat.
• Stupid email forwards.
• People who post religious and/or political rants on Facebook. This is not your soapbox people!
• When someone's car is blocking the sidewalk, even though there was plenty of room for them to pull forward in the driveway. Now I have to go out of my way to walk around it.
• In the elevator at work, people always find it necessary to comment on the weather. Its OK to ride the 30 second elevator ride in silence.
• When people take the elevator to the second floor.
• People who wait until the end of their purchase to start getting their payment ready. Its like they're surprised they have to pay and suddenly they start digging for cash/checkbook/etc.
• People at the gym who sing out loud to their iPod. Seriously?

Can we tell I'm in an annoyed mood today?

No, I'm not, but I'd love to be! My last name is my username.

Here are my pet peeves about people at the gym:

People who sing out loud to their iPods.

People who grunt unnecessarily.

When people wear street clothes -- khackis, jeans, loafers, etc.

When guys look at me like I'm pathetic when I use the weight machines. I understand that you are there to lift 300 lbs and pump iron, but I am OK lifting 50 lbs to tone up. Don't judge.

Girls that dress like their going to the club with their make up on and hair done.

Hand holding. Not acceptable under any circumstances. End of story.

People who constantly peer over to your machine to see how long you've been working out, how fast your going, etc. Its not a competition.

That's it....for now.

I agree with everything listed above but my ultimate pet peeve is people who don't follow directions. It drives me nuts! I work in higher ed and it baffles me about many educated people don't bother to follow directions and then things can go horrible wrong. Then it's MY job to fix it. URGH

If they would have just followed the directions in the first place, things would go a lot smoother.

• People who don't use cruise control. It's so annoying when you're driving slow, and I go to pass you, then you suddenly decide to speed up, I get back behind you, only to have you slow down again. OMG, make up your mind!!!
• When I bring my own bags to the grocery store, and the bagger puts like 3 items in each bag then bags the remaining items in plastic bags. Look, I bring my own bags for one reason and one reason only - because I DO NOT want to take home any plastic bags!!! And yes, I will stand there and re-bag everything if you do this...
• When FI leaves lights on when he leaves a room. You know, we put in all CFL bulbs to save money on electricity. But you know what saves even more? When the lights are OFF!!!
• Pee on the toilet seat. There is nothing grosser.

-When someone asks to watch something on the TV or at the movies and then talks all the way through it

- People who spit when they talk and then say, " Oh ya, sorry, whatever" or something to that liking when you start shaking like a wet dog to get it off of you.

- People who don't use the words, " Excuse me" in public, when the circumstances are appropriate-- ( I got into it with a woman on Black Friday about this--- NOT COOL so if you were pushy shovey in Linden Wal-Mart at 5 am along with the other 2,000 of us who were being nice and holiday spiritey--- you deserved it when you almost got taken out.

- People who leave a two dollar tip on any bill they may acquire at any eating or drinking establishment, I am sorry, this is not 1950, standard service requires a 15% tip, good service is 20% or more, I only make 2.65 an hour, I LIVE on my tips, and a nice word to my manager instead of a nice tip does NOT help me in the long run-- Thank you Oprah for assuming it does. If you cannot afford to leave a 20% tip on top of your bill on the chance that you have great service- DO NOT GO OUT TO EAT THERE. Grr.

- All of the people who work at any grocery store within 10 miles of where I live-- Speak English, do your job, pick up spills, and be proud you have a job-- you don't even pay taxes ffs, and lots of us legal citizens don't have a job and do pay taxes.

- incorrect grammar usage, along with misspelled words in anything ( Favorite pastime is going through the area newspapers and counting all of the typos---- I thought being an editor of a paper was a big d@mn deal? Do the job??)

-cramps or anything female bodily function related.

Slightly annoyed myself this morning if you cant tell.

• Slow drivers, especially on Grand River. The speed limit is 50 for a reason people! If you see some crazy lady in a red civic with red dice in her rear view mirror speeding in Novi..It's probably me.
• When FI invites people over and doesn't clean up the apartment. I swear, it puts me into an instant panic attack.
• One word text messages. FI and my youngest sister do this and it makes me scream, out loud.
• Ditto, "thanks." A co-worker of mine does this all the time. I've even told her it is not necessary to reply back.

• people who don't do what they say they are going to do
• I can't stand it when people don't get back to me in a timely manner when I ask them a question.
• People who are downers about everything... I get being realistic but to be down about everything... so annoying.
• I am with Bec about the correcting on my spelling.. Leave it alone we all do it from time to time word police.
• When my FI puts the clean laundry in a basket to be folded and never folds it so then I think its dirty again.
