I am apologizing in advance for the long post...I just had to vent and let everyone know about my issue with this company.
I was married almost 2 1/2 months ago and have been so incredibly busy and have not been able to do my vendor reviews but wanted to take 5 minutes to tell you about my AWFUL experience with Millenium Limos.
I selected a car and they later emailed me a contract along with a picture of the vehicle. I did not see the name spelled out on the contract so I thought that this is the reason they sent the pic. I later found out that there was an acronym of 3 letters on the initial contract that stood for a COMPLETELY different car than what I had requested. It did not match the image they had emailed me of the correct car.
I had called the company and requested a different car a month prior to the wedding (from a black Rolls Royce to a white one...both had AC). I never recieved a revised contract but they confirmed in a written email that they had added this change to my file.
When the car arrived, only my dad and I were left at home so we didn't even have a back up plan. I had a gut feeling that it was the wrong car the whole time but I did not want to be upset before arriving to the church on my WEDDING DAY so like an idiot...I said nothing. But after the ceremony the car would begin to stall out and was in pretty bad shape.
So....on my wedding day I traveled from Miami Lakes to Fort Lauderdale with out AC and after paying for hair and makeup I had to go with the windows rolled down in 80 degree heat.
I decided to call the company the day I returned from my honeymoon. They were extremely rude to me over the phone and said it would take them 24 hours to simply look up my file and call me back. I told them that that was ridiculous (it had only been ONE week since the event) and that I wanted a refund for the vehicle. The man was such a complete jerk and said that that would be impossible...so I hung up. I was SUPER upset and decided to take it up with my credit card company. They agreed to open a dispute and act as my mediator.
It has been nothing short of a nightmare experience with Millenium. I have been in a battle back and forth sending all the documentation and photos I could but unfortunately they never sent me a revised contract eventhough I have the email...so I continue to loose the dispute battle because I do not have a written contract with the vehicle I requested in my email.
I finally recieved the letter yesterday from my credit card company that they will not credit me the amount since they had provided documentation that I recieved the car on the contract and I am honestly EXHAUSTED of fighting with them. I have given up but wanted to warn all of you of this incredibly shady compay.
These people run their business as if they were towtruck drivers or a car repo service...not a professional wedding limo service. They were my second choice because Meilan told me that they would not travel to Broward with the classic cars...what a mistake.
BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY! They have similar compaints on the BBB and I just don't want any of you to have to go through the nightmare I have had with them. I am not a lawyer like the ones that have written their letters to the credit card company. They have spoken so badly of me in the letters and have called me a 100% lier. They state the the car that was brought had AC and was working perfectly on my wedding day...COMPLETE BS.
I even asked the driver the day of and he said that "none of the Bentelys have AC"...I requested a Roll Royce all along and didn't know that the 3 letters on the contract stood for Saloon Mark Bentley!!!!! WTF
They have NO idea what customer service is and unfortunately as I realize with so many vendors these days...it seems that new motto is "the customer is
NEVER right".

Very sad...take it form me beware of this company ladies.
Re: BEWARE OF MILLENIUM LIMOS (SUPER LONG)
I used Millenium limo for my prom and they didnt even show up because they broke down on the way to get us!! I had to take my dad's SUV to prom so I can feel a little of your pain, but being your wedding day makes it a MILLION times worse..Sorry again and thank you for sharing your experience.

Where do I begin? I hired a vintage Rolls for a one-hour point-to-point to pick up some relatives from the hotel at 5:15 and then carry me to the bottom of the aisle at 6. On the day of, they called my father insisting we had changed it to 4:45. (Confused, he did tell them this was fine. Mind, this was at 3:30 on the day of.) When he picked up my relatives, he demanded a credit card before he would take them to the wedding (despite the fact that they had my CC info on file). When they got there, my dad explained to the driver where to wait for the ceremony. By 5:30 (not even the full hour we paid for), he had left. No one answered the phone when we called. Later they claimed that one of us had changed the pickup time, but I was the only one who even knew what limo company we were using, and I guarantee I didn't call.
I can't put into words how irate I was when I found out they charged my grandmother to get into the limo to take her to the wedding. Tacky, tacky, tacky.
Don't ever use them, and google around - there are plenty more stories out there.
[I feel you pain! We had a very negative with MILLENIUM Limo as well last June. The limo broke down with the groomsmen on the way to the church but still insisted that a credit card slip be signed for services...which did happen. The company never called the Bride or contact numbers which resulted in the Bridal party arriving 1/'2 late to the church causing cost overrides with the musicians ($75 per musician per 1/2 hour). 2nd limo had no air conditioning and a rude driver. THEN....we we posted our review here on the KNOT, it was, or course, disputed. EVEN WORSE ...after settling a renegotiated contract amount (there never was a written confirmation or contract), 2 months later our credit card was charged TRIPLE the agreed upon amount. The Better Business Bureau of South Florida has been contacted. THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES AND LIARS !!
