E - ran 2.6 miles before the sun came up felt great!
Posting in here each day reminds me just how many lifestyle changes I really have to make if I'm going to get anywhere! Everyone elses healthy eating and menus are really giving me some ideas and herlping me with motivation! That said, another subpar day for me.

Work day is almost over, yay! We got a thank you basket delievered to work today, all full of brownies and pound cake and other yummy but terrible for you stuff, so I need to get out of here! So far I managed to have 1 tiny square of a brownie and that's it, but if I'm here much longer I'm gonna cave!
