Veil for the reception?

What are brides out there doing with thier veil for the reception? Are you removing the veil altogether, keeping it on and just having it swept out of your face, or changing to a smaller veil that is more of just a headpiece?

I took mine off. My gown had a lot of rhinestones around the neckline, and the veil kept getting caught. I'd planned for that, and wore a jeweled comb, so that I'd still have something pretty in my hair.

My goal is to leave the veil on as long as I can possibly stand it, but I still want to get a crystal comb to stick in

I'm going to leave mine on as long as I can stand it and its a chapel length.

I had a chapel length veil, I took it off and DH balled it up and put it behind our sweetheart table (men!). I wish I had gotten an elbow length veil for the reception because you only get to wear it once!

Mine was elbow length, maybe a bit longer. I wore it for our introduction and first dance (which we did almost right away) then took it off and positioned it over the back of my chair so my chair wore it for most of the reception! I wish I had thought of the idea to get a nice sparkly comb to wear in its place, I like it.
