 12 days away for me, it's crunch time!

 Yesterday:
D - thin crust pizza ... told FI I have 2 weeks to slim it up the best I can!
Workout - 5k run and then yoga for 45

 Today:
B - protein waffle w/non butter & light syrup
L - ww wrap with turkey pepperoni & turkey

 TBD:
S - apple, fruit cup, greek yogurt (Oikos Key Lime is SO GOOD!)

    Being that it is this close to the wedding, I've decided to no longer drink during the week (having lunch with my girls night girl instead for these next few weeks) and am going to work out every single night I can until the wedding (which this week is only 4 days so it isn't too bad). I will be good!

  • Was not so good on Saturday. Had a "breakfast club" (egg, sausage, ham and bacon in between french toast like a club sandwich - so bad but tasted so good!) for breakfast and pizza for dinner. However we met with our photographer which went great and then FI & I hung out which we haven't done on a weekend in FOREVER!!

    Sunday was better. Had some much needed girl time at brunch with a friend. Ate sweet potato and short rib hash with 2 eggs and a bellini. Then we went for pedicures!
    Made a nice dinner of wild salmon, roasted red potatoes and asparagus for FI & I.

    Today
    B: Special K bar, coffee (I've also switched to coffeemate's all natural creamer - LOVE IT!!)
    L: minestrone soup w/ a roll & apple
    S: black cherry greek yogurt
    D: crock pot beer chicken (clicky) w/ brown wild rice & carrots
    W/O: hoping to get 30 mins in on the treadmill plus my usual 45 min walk

    W/O: it is 80 degrees here today and I SO don't want to go to the gym...so taking furbabies for a walk/run instead.  Is it 5 o'clock yet?
