We have nothing negative to say about Sandals Royal Caribbean! It was a wonderful, relaxing, and fun experience! We went there for our honeymoon and were treated extremely well. The staff was so helpful and would do anything to make you happy. We had special services for honeymooners such as a Honeymooner Huddle, where we got together and had food and drinks and played games. We also got a turn down service that included rose petals and champagne awaiting us, as well as an order form for breakfast in bed. We also signed up for some extras that did cost more money, but were so well worth it like a private candlelight dinner by the water, a day being pampered in a cabana by the ocean, and an excursion.
The rooms were very clean and kept clean throughout our stay, and the maintenance on them was kept up nicely too. We had minor issues like a broken faucet that was fixed within minutes of asking for help. The beds were pretty comfortable too, compared to other resorts we have stayed in in the Caribbean.
I think one of our favorite things about this resort was the staff! Everyone there said "Good Morning" or "Good Afternoon" or "Hello" when they saw you. They smiled all the time and always asked if "all is well?" They were sincere and always wanted to make sure you were having fun!
There were many other wonderful things too, like the food (there are seven different restaurants to choose from). We ate at all but one and enjoyed each one. The Thai restaurant was a bit spicy for us, but it was a neat experience. The beach is always kept very clean, with the seaweed swept away several times a day. The staff comes around during the day while you are basking in the sun and passes out water and fruit kabobs. There is also a continuous menu of activities going on from early morning to late night.
We would highly recommend this resort to any couple (since it's couples only) that is looking to re-capture the magic or just enjoy each other's company in an intimate way. It was way better than we imagined it could be and cannot wait to visit again!
