    Yeah, it happens all the time. Nothing as dramatic unfortunately, but people like to double dip a lot with disability, unemployment, jobs on the side, etc. Either that or they're just plain not injured and it was staged. Those are more fun. :-)

    September is a ways away! I was pretty active on my month board during the planning which helped. It was until the week or two before the wedding that I actually felt like it was all going to get done. I found it was easy to get complacent when it feels so far away, but H is super organized and helped me stay on track. I'm a terrible planner, but people kept saying to me after the wedding that I should get into the business. Eff that.

    Thanks!! I had no idea what my bouquet was going to look like until I saw it the day of. I told her I wanted sunflowers and hot pink. LOL.

    I think I'm going to sell my dress actually - I LOVED it but WTF am I supposed to do with it now??

    The beer canoe would have been perfect if we got married at our summer cottage. Especially since my father builds canoes and other boats as a hobby.

    I still kind of regret not doing it there, especially since we decided to go with such a small guest list. it would have been a lot of work though and required a bunch of rentals.

    I think we'll have 26 total including us. We are doing just immediate family and about 3 friends each. We "snuck in" two other sets of friends by having one act as our officiant while the other is our photographer.

    Nice job, that sounds amazing!  We're pretty much having immediate family and 3 friends with guest each (FI gets 4) - my family is just really big.  We're considering having my brother get ordained for our wedding, and may have a friend do the photos, too! 

    What kind of venue are you doing?  We're renting a park pavillion for our wedding & reception.  It'll be pretty casual and we like it that way!
