Morning everyone! Hope y'all don't mind me starting.
Yesterday was a rough leg day on little sleep but I powered through and ate pretty well. I had chipotle for dinner but didn't go crazy with it.
Today was shoulders and tris, and I finished week 2 of C25K which I am really enjoying. We are taking the kiddo to MIL's friends house to go swimming this morning so some time in the pool will be awesome.
