38 Friggin days!

I remember feeling like this day was never going to come when it was 365 days away…now it’s 38 days away!  I feel pretty prepared but still have loose ends to tie up…are you guys all done for the most part? What do you have left? What’s stressing you out the most right now?

    I am feeling pretty good on the big things. I have to work on favors, programs, table numbers and a couple DIY projects and that is about it. Also need to finish buying gifts for the BP and wrap them up. Also I need to organize the RD and buy clothes for that and the HM

    Still to do:
    -assemble favors
    -seating plan
    -escort cards
    -finalize ceremony details with Reverend
    -print / assemble programs after finalizing ceremony (they are pretty much designed)
    -hair and make-up trial
    -have dress cleaned / pressed and bustle done
    -send DJ special song requests
    -make final vendor payments and organize tips
    -choose / purchase parents thank you gifts
    -write thank you cards to BMs
    -write wine box letter and "day of" letter to FI
    -OOT guest bags
    -do pre-marital counseling session (in two weeks)

    Rightnow, the meeting with the Reverend is freaking me out the most b/c he is being flakey and we need to finalize the ceremony before we can do the programs. I'm also stressed that I can't do my hair or make-up trials until the week of the wedding, but that's just one of the things that goes with having an OOT wedding, I guess.

    AHH I know, I have 39 days and its freaking me out. Plus most of what has to be done can't be until RSVPs come in. Still to do:
    Seating chart/Escort cards
    OOT bags
    FInish Favors
    Finish Ceremony
    FInish/print programs
    FI/Dad/GM tuxes (will be done tuesday)
    Final dress fittings
    hair trial
    Possible make-up trial
    Song lists
    photo lists
    RD invites (should be able to be ordered today!)
    Finish BM gifts (which has to be done sometime when my sister isnt home)
    Buy gifts for FG/RB and usher
    Parents gifts?
    Final payments on everything
    possible grooms cake
    Contact a court about our civil cermony

    I think thats it but I'm sure I forgot something.

    We actually have been pretty productive lately...I am feeling decent about everything. I know lots of these things can't be done until something else happens (ie we get all RSVPs in, we have final meeting with minister and church coordinator to finalize ceremony, etc.)

    45 days left for me:

    Finalizing ceremony with priest today
    Finish/print/fold programs
    Marriage license
    3rd dress fitting
    Find a pair of earrings
    Send out RD invites/info later this month
    Bachelorette party!
    Setup camp at the gym (haha)

    Things I can't do until after the final count:
    Place cards (FMIL is doing them, YAY)
    Seating chart
    Confirm # of hotel rooms booked
    Upgrade shuttle service (hotel won't let me do this until after the deadline)
    OOT welcome bags (already have most of the items)
    Finalize and print welcome letter
    Final vendor meetings/confirm timeline
    Final payments
