I just bought my first one a few months ago, FI is jealous of it lol! I've used it once by myself. I did use one in the past with an ex. He suggested going out to get it and I went along. We used it during foreplay, like him going down on me orally while penetrating me with the dildo. Clitoral stimualtion during intercouse (somebody has to hold it in place), as well as anal stimulation without penetration. Or if I was going down on him orally, he'd use it to stimulate me in the mean time. The vibrating action was helpful, and it had little bumps and ridges on it which added to the sensation.
